A Nedlands commercial site owned by WA stockbroker and Ascent Capital executive David Steinepreis has sold to healthcare operator Bayview Health Investments.
Bayview Health, which runs healthcare practices and pharmacies in WA, NSW, Adelaide and Victoria bought 51 Aberdare Road for $2.125 million.
Home cancer treatment chemo@home, co-founder Julie Adams is a director of Bayview Health.
The deal settled in December last year and was the second time the 822 square metre property sold in a 12-month period.
In January 2021, members of the Steinepreis family bought the property for $1.85 million via Croesus Mining, which has changed its name to Sirius Resources and then S2 Resources.
The January purchase was from Richard and Margaret Serra of Trigg’s Salvo Building Pty Ltd.
The property currently houses a speech pathologist, deli and café.
Jack Bradshaw and Brian Neo of LJ Hooker Commercial Perth negotiated the deal.
