The Chelsea University Business Academy, offered through Chelsea Groton Bank’s financial education program and in partnership with the Mystic Chamber of Commerce, is a free educational series that will provide prospective and current business owners with training and expert advice in many areas needed to start or maintain a business.
All classes will be offered in person at Chelsea Groton’s Mystic Branch, 2 Water St., Mystic, and via Zoom, through March 30. On Mondays and Thursdays, Lunch and Learn sessions will occur from noon–1 p.m., and on Wednesday evenings classes will occur at 5 and 6 p.m. The instructor-led curriculum was developed jointly by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
