Leading a team of six staff members, Peter Ross enjoys conversing with customers and providing cooking advice.
“I have been the manager here for 14 months and have enjoyed every moment so far,” he said.
“At the moment, we have a school-based and mature-aged apprentice learning a Certificate III in Meat Retailing.
“I have a lot of experience within the industry, and I am happy to help pass that information on.
“We get a lot of positive feedback, which makes us feel like we are doing a good job.”
Offering a large selection of products, Richo Road Butchery is open seven days a week and welcomes over-the-phone or online orders for its customers.
“Covid was a hit to our business,” Mr Ross said.
“So we appreciate our customers for supporting local throughout the years.
“We hope to see you soon at the store where we provide family-friendly service and reasonable prices on our products.”
